Hi there! I'm Tammy Merk, and I'm thrilled to be a part of the Lantern Residential team, serving the bustling Massachusetts real estate market right from my home base in Winthrop. My journey in real estate began back in 2008, where I dove headfirst into a myriad of transactions, from auctions and foreclosures to REOs and rehabs.

Before my real estate career, I spent 15 years as an Electrical Engineer and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) for top-notch Fortune 500 companies like Intel, Motorola, Siemens, and Office Depot. My role often involved strategic planning, including assisting corporate clients like ADT Security through significant transitions like the Tyco divestiture.

Beyond the boardroom, my husband and I are passionate about giving back to our community and church. We devote our time to organizations like the Big Children’s Foundation, “4Kids” of South Florida, and “His Caring Place,” where we tackle critical issues like at-risk youth and the orphan crisis.

I'm all about sharing knowledge and empowering others, which is why I've been involved in various speaking engagements, including the 2015 Real Estate Ignite event in Las Vegas. Additionally, I love guiding aspiring professionals through my Tuesday Case Study training sessions, where I break down my early deals as a Mastery Student, shedding light on the path to success in real estate wholesaling.
