My name is Kim McDuffee, and I was born and raised in Winthrop, MA. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and have been immersed in the real estate industry for over two years. Before my real estate career, I spent 15 years as an Electrical Engineer and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) for top-notch Fortune 500 companies like Intel, Motorola, Siemens, and Office Depot. My role often involved strategic planning, including assisting corporate clients like ADT Security through significant transitions like the Tyco divestiture.

Beyond the boardroom, my husband and I are passionate about giving back to our community and church. We devote our time to organizations like the Big Children’s Foundation, “4Kids” of South Florida, and “His Caring Place,” where we tackle critical issues like at-risk youth and the orphan crisis.
